Northern Tool + Equiptment help?

Okay, so I'm trying to make an account at Northern Tool + Equipment. I enter all of my information and press submit, and it comes up with a Generic System Error. I tried several more times, each time with the same outcome. I was wondering if it's just a problem with the site, or am I doing something wrong?
