How do I reduce the air pressure at the tank on my 60gal tank so the compressor doesn't keep running?

I got a 60 gal air compressor from Northern Tool. The compressor is set to kick on at 125psi and cut off at 150psi. Is there an easy way to make it cut off at a lower PSI, like have it cut on at 100-110psi and cut off at 125psi? I could put in a lower relief valve, but then the compressor would still keep running (elec. motor). Is there a way to do this? My filter/regulator/lubricator is only set to 125psi and I dont want to risk something blowing up, and I doubt Ill ever need 150psi, 125 should be fine. Thanks!!! Thanks for the quick replies guys!! Where would I find another blowoff/relief valve? Would I have to get one set a 125psi if I reduce the tank pressure, or is it just a safety feature for the tank that I shouldnt touch?

3. yes, There is pressure relay that has wires run up from the motor and the cord that you plug into the wall, there is a cap on that unit, un screw the little nut holding it on , besure unplug the unit, u will see a set of contacts that the wires connect to, and just next to them is a spring with a 3/8 nut with a heavy spring under it, if you loosen that nut a couple of turns it will reduce your pressure in the tank and also lower the upper limit pressure at the gauge u adjust for coming out the hose. goog luck kirk ps. u will have to work at it a few times to get to your desired psi.
