I've mounted a game ISO file onto a virtual drive using Daemon Tools, but the game still wont open Please Help?

I've downloaded a game ISO file. Using Daemon Tools I've created a virtual drive and mounted the game, but when I click on the game it just opens the folder contents of the ISO. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

1. Go to virtual cd/dvd rom> Device 0: [ F: ] No Media> Mount image then choose the iso image
