What is a free and the BEST on-line investment stock tool you can get on the Internet?

I already have a stock tool but i dount think its working out for me. I need an investment tool that can help predict the futcher rates of the stocks. Thank you!

2. There is no such thing as a Stock Analysis tool that can accurately predict the future performance of stocks. Think about it - if someone could produce such a tool - he would use it and become a multi-billionaire and would not need to sell the tool in the first place. There is a book called A Random Walk Down Wall Street that outlines why stock movement is random and not predictable by mathematical models. Invest in good companies and there prices will eventually rise.
