Tool

Can someone tell me what this tool set is? (it has something to do with bending conduit)?

I have this tool set that i'm selling. Can someone tell me exactly what it is, and how much i should ask for it? it has a "Northern Industrial" sticker on it, and doesn't look like it's even been used. I have an idea of what it is, but have no idea on how to go about finding any information and resale prices for this. thanks! http://tinypic.com/r/30c9n2a/4 the long piece at the top is one tube slipped inside another... don't think it's a swedging tool =/

1. Yes, it appears to be a tubing bender of some sort, although something tells me it's not specifically for conduit as there appears to be a swedging tool of some sort in there as well.
2. I've never seen one quite like that, but it appears to be not only a bender, but a flaring tool as well. the black buttons along the bottom are for starting a double wall flare, like is used on steel brake line tubing. also on soft copper tubing, it is commonly joined by flare fittings.
