If I Uninstall AdVantage Will Daemon Tools Still Work?

I want to uninstall AdVantage because of its annoying Advertisements. But when I go to Add or Remove Programs it says AdVantage is powering Daemon tools. Will Daemon Tools still work if I uninstall AdVantage?
