How to run Splinter Cell - Double Agent using Daemon Tools ?

I try to install run Splinter Cell through Daemon Tools. The daemon ask to mount the image. I don't understand what image, because there's only one file (after extracting the Splinter File). I mount that file, but still can not run the YASU.exe from Splinter cell.
