How do I add a second bookmark tool bar to firefox?

My tool bar on firefox is full and the rest of the bookmarks are listed in drop down menus. How can I add a second one underneath it? Ive seen it before, but I dont know how to do it myself.

1. you can either do view >> toolbars >> customize>>new toolbar or right click the bookmarks toolbar and then you can hit "new folder" and organize things
